Our story
Pavesi Forni Modena was founded as a result of the Pavesi family's experience in the production and installation of refractory materials for ceramic, glass and foundry ovens. From 1969 to the present day, the company has evolved into the field of traditional open-flame ovens for the art of baking, using and creating innovative materials for this field; materials that not only improve cooking but also aim to reduce consumption. Today, Pavesi Forni Modena, manufactures and markets professional wood and gas-fired ovens for pizzerias and bakeries with unique and inimitable characteristics.
Innovating is our way of being. We study and design new solutions to produce more efficient, flexible ovens with lower energy consumption and higher output.

The quality of our ovens is inseparable from respect for the environment. This is why our production is based on criteria of savings, reuse of raw materials and reduction of consumption, in line with the most stringent Italian and European regulations on environmental sustainability.
We export Italian food culture to the world.
We design and produce an essential tool for making two symbols of our gastronomy: bread and pizza. More than 80% of our turnover is realised on 5 continents thanks to an efficient and competent network of distributors, who are always in contact with us and our service department.
