Choosing Pavesi Forni means choosing a well-established, always available company supported by more than 50 years of experience in the sector. With passion and expertise, we produce handcrafted professional ovens for pizza baking, with one-piece refractory fixed or rotating hearth. Our ovens can be wood, gas or hybrid fired, and they are fully customizable thanks to our in-house production processes.

The entirely made-in-Italy production, which takes place inside our operational headquarters in the province of Modena, allows us to carefully handle each phase: designing, production, assembly and startup. Each step has the goal to fully satisfy our customers’ needs by producing customized ovens designed to face any request. Furthermore, to facilitate shipping and delivery, we also offer the possibility to ask for pre-assembled ovens or assembly kits.

We handle orders from all over the world daily: 80% of our turnover comes from the 5 continents that can enjoy our services thanks to a wide and competent network of retailers in contact with our company and our support service.

To accommodate restaurants and pizzerias close to our headquarters in Formigine, in the province of Modena, we offer free inspections within 400 km, in order to better understand the structural necessities of the building and find the best customized oven. Furthermore, transport of our pre-assembled ovens or assembly kits is free of charge within 200km from our headquarters.
