An oven to optimize production
Twister ovens are chosen especially by big restaurant and pizzeria owners who need to face intensive workflows, concentrating work in a few hours, or to work for numerous consecutive hours. The Twister oven, with domed vault and single mouth designed to reduce heat dispersion, has the capability to cook 160 pizzas per hour and to continuously churn out about 400 pizzas. Indeed, the monoblock hearth has a diameter of 130 cm, while the specific design of the oven ensures even heat and perfect temperature during the time of use.
The adjustable feet as standard and the possibility of coloring customization make this oven an adaptable element inside the restaurant in terms of practicality of use and aesthetic impact. Furthermore, the provision for electronically controlled gas burners determines the versatility of the oven from the production side.
