Rotating single block cooking surface with a diameter of 150 cm. Generously dimensioned oven, FLAT VAULT, high-density, rounded, thick refractory concrete walls to further increase heat storage. It can go from 100° C to 300° C in 60 minutes and immediately recover the heat released during cooking. It is also ideal for baking pizzas by the metre.
