Rotating single block cooking surface with a diameter of 110 cm. Very responsive and compact FLAT-VAULT oven with square chamber. It can go from 100° C to 300° C in 45 minutes and immediately recover the heat released during cooking. It is ideal for high productivity in small spaces.
