Rotary single block cooking surface with a diameter of 130 cm. Highly reactive, FLAT VAULT oven, high-density, rounded, thick refractory concrete walls to further increase heat build-up. It can go from 100° C to 300° C in 45 minutes and immediately recover the heat released during cooking. It is also ideal for baking pizzas by the metre.

Being seamless, used with due care and according to our instructions, it remains smooth and homogenous for the entire life of the oven. The perfect insulation also allows the optimal operating temperature to be kept constant, resulting in significant energy savings.
